    Baked Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

    32 oz. sauerkraut
    8 pork chops
    1 large onion, sliced
    1-12 oz. jar pork gravy

    8 pork chops
    1 large onion, sliced
    1-12 oz. jar pork gravy



    Recipe



    Spread sauerkraut over bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

    Brown pork chops and lay on top of sauerkraut.

    Brown sliced onion and place on top of chops.

    Pour jar of gravy evenly over top of all and cover with foil.

    Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
