Estelle's Lasagna
List of Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 lbs Ground Beef (fat drained)
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Oregano
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt
2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
1 lb Cooked Rotelli Pasta
13 oz. Can Mushrooms
28 oz. Can Chopped Tomatoes
1 Jar Prego Sauce
16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
Recipe
Directions:
Heat olive oil, ground beef and onion in saute pan.
Add garlic powder, oregano, thyme, pepper, salt, seasoning salt and basil.
Cook rotelli pasta.
In mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, tomatoes, Prego sauce, pasta and beef mixture.
Mix in ricotta cheese.
Transfer to an empty casserole dish.
Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
