Val's Chicken Dinner
List of Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use Campbells)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans)
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cooked and cubed
1 can of biscuits (pillsbury)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook and cube chicken (to save time I cook it in the microwave)
In a casserole dish, mix the vegetables, mayonnaise, soup, cheese, chicken, salt and pepper together.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven, top w/ biscuits.
Cook for an additional 30-35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown! Enjoy
