MEXICAN CORNBREAD

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 lb. hamburger - browned and drained
1 can cream of corn
cheddar cheese
onions - chopped (optional)
jalapeno peppers (optional)
bell peppers - chopped (optional)
Recipe
Mix cornbread according to box.
Add cream of corn to cornbread mixture. Pour half cornbread mix in greased oblong dish.
Spread browned hamburger meat on cornbread.
Layer cheese, peppers, onions, and top with remaining cornbread mix.
Bake 375-400 for approximately 40 minutes until brown.
