    List of Ingredients




    5 cups fresh sliced peaches
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp cinnamon (or more)
    2-3 tbl spoons of butter

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425
    prepare pastry
    mix peaches in lemon juice
    stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon
    mix w/ peaches
    pour into pastry lined pie pan and dot w/ butter
    cover w/ top crust
    bake 35-40 min. until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble
