    ONE BOWL BROWNIES

    List of Ingredients




    1 C oil
    6 T cocoa
    4 eggs
    2 C sugar
    2 T karo syrup
    1 t. vanilla

    1 1/2 C all purpose flour
    1 t. salt
    1 t. baking powder
    1 C. nuts (optional)


    Fudge Icing

    1 box or 2 C confection sugar
    3 T butter
    1 t. vanilla
    3-5 T of boiling hot water (how many will depend on the consistency of icing you wish)

    Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with spoon until mixed thoroughly.

    Then add last 3-4 items, stiring with spoon until mixed thoroughly.

    Pour into greased 13 X 9 1/2 pan and cook at 350 ofr exactly 30 minutes (no longer, no less).

    ICING:


    Mix all in a bowl. Stir with spoon until creamy. Pour on brownies about 2 minutes after you have taken from oven. This will help to milt it into brownies to make really moist.

    Cool and serve.
