List of Ingredients



• 1 head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
  
• 1 pkg frozen English peas, thawed and not cooked
  
• 1/2 C. chopped green onions - can use tops
  
• 1 can water chestnuts - chopped
  
• 4 hard boiled eggs - chopped
  
• 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  
• 1 C. sour cream
  
• 1 C Miracle Whip or mayonaise
  
• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Combine sour cream and miracle whip.
   
2. Layer in following order:
   
   Lettuce
   
3. English peas.
   
4. Green onions.
   
5. Water Chestnuts
   
6. Chopped Eggs
   
7. Crumbled Bacon
   
8. Sour Cream and miracle whip mixture
   
9. Cheddar Cheese
   
10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
