    1 lb. longhorn cheddar cheese grated
    4 oz jar sliced pimentos - use all
    2 eggs - boiled and chopped very fine
    1/4 C. onion - chopped very fine
    salt
    lemon pepper
    2-3 dashes garlic powder
    Helmans Mayonaise

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients together. Add enough mayo to make moist.
