GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
1 stick margarine
1 T. onion
1 small can mushrooms - drained
1/4 C. slivered almonds
1/3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 t. pepper
2 C. milk
1 C. grated swiss cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. Tobasco
2 cans french style green beans-drainedRecipe
Saute margarine, onion, mushrooms and almonds.
Add flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
Stir in milk. Cook slowly until thick. Stir constantly.
Add swiss cheese, lemon juice and Tobasco. Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Add green beans to mixture.
Pour into casserole dish. Cook in 350 over for 15-20 min.
