    6-9 potatoes
    1/2 C. butter (1 stick)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/3 C. green onions - chopped and with tops
    1 C. cream chicken soup
    1/2 C. grated cheese

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in skins. Cool. Grate potatoes with skins on.

    Heat butter with soup, sour cream, onion and cheese. Season to taste w/salt and pepper.

    Mix with potatoes. Pour into buttered casserole dish.

    Bake at 350 for 30 min.
