    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C Raisins
    3/4 C Milk
    1/2 Tb Maple syrup
    2 Tb Butter
    1 Egg
    2 1/2 C Bread Flour -- Plus 2 Tablespoons
    1/4 C Powdered sugar
    1 Tb Orange peel, dried
    1/2 Ts Nutmeg
    1 Ts Cinnamon
    1 1/2 Ts Bread Machine Yeast


    Recipe



    Add all ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.
    You may add raisins after the beep if your machine allows it.


    MAKES 1 1/2 LB LOAF.
