1 Tsp Crumbled Wormwood
1 Cup Vodka
2 Tbsp Chopped Peppermint Leaves
1 Piece Lemon Peel, 3/4 X 2 Inches
sugar syrup, 1/3 to 1/2 cup


Recipe



Add the wormwood to the vodka in a jar. Shake well and let steep for 48 hours. Strain out the wormwood and add the peppermint leaves and lemon peel. Let steep for 8 days. Strain through cheesecloth. Add 1/3 cup of the sugar syrup and try the mixture cautiously. You may want to increase the syrup to 1/2 cup.
