Lemon Sangria

3 1/2 c. Chablis
3 lemons, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 green apple, slice (sometimes I do little chunks so you can eat the apples)
1/2 c. cognac
1/4 c. sugar
10 oz. seltzer or club soda
Recipe
In a two quart pitcher, combine wine, fruit, cognac and sugar. Mix well.
Cover and place in fridge for six to eight hours or overnight. Before serving, add club soda and stir gently.
