    Malikihiki Mai Tai Punch

    1 cup light rum
    1 cup dark rum
    1/2 cup Cointreau
    1/3 cup lime juice
    46 ounces pineapple juice
    ice cubes
    fresh pineapple spears
    mint sprigs

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients. Chill well.

    Just before serving 12 large glasses with ice (us use a large punch bowl). Add punch.

    Garnish each serving with a pineapple spear and a mint sprig. Serve at once.NOTES : Makes 12 - 6 ounce servings
