    4- 8 slices deli roast beef
    4 10" flour tortillas
    8 oz cream cheese soft
    2 Tbls. ranch seasoning
    1 cup finely shredded lettuce
    1/2 cup grated onion
    1/2 cup grated carrot
    1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese w/ the ranch seasoning. Spread on tortillas. Layer remaining ingredients.Start with the roast beef. Roll into tight logs and wrap in plastic. Chill 8 hours.

    Slice and serve on a bed of lettuce
