    Beef Rollups II

    List of Ingredients

    thin slices of cooked roast beef
    1/2 cup softened cream cheese
    3 to 4 teaspoons horseradish or Dijon mustard

    Recipe

    Combine cream cheese with either horseradish or mustard. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each slice of beef and roll up. Slice into smaller pieces, if desired. Secure with cocktail picks.
