    DSSRTS: TOASTED CAKE SLICES W/ LEMON CREAM

    List of Ingredients

    1 (10 0z) angel food or pound cake
    3/4 c lemon pie filling
    1/4 c low fat sour cream


    Recipe

    Slice cake into 3/4" slices and toast on preheated gas grill using medium setting. Combine pie filling and sour cream and spread on cake.

    Makes 10 servings.

    A slightly different dessert can be made by spreading the filling between 2 slices of cake, sandwich fashion, then grilling the cake sandwich.
