    1 cn (8 oz) can crushed pineapples in juice
    1 C water
    2 lg egg whites
    3/4 ts vanilla extract
    1/4 C granulated sugar
    1 C heaping of ice

    Recipe



    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set
    on high speed for exactly 1 minute.
