List of Ingredients




2 - 20 oz cans peach halves
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup vanilla yogurt

Recipe



Preheat broiler to 500 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, pecans, oatmeal, granola, and melted butter. Mix well, set aside. Arrange a layer of peaches (rounded sides down) in shallow baking dish. Using remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, place 1/2 tsp of sugar in center of each peach half. Broil 5 minutes or until brown sugar is melted. Remove from broiler and place a heaping spoonful of topping in center of each peach. Place under broiler again, for about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn! Remove from broiler and top each peach with a tablespoon of yogurt. Serve warm - enjoy! Makes 8-10 servings.
