Coconut Mallow Fudge Squares

Serves: 4 doze

1 Pkg deluxe Devils Food Cake Mix

1/2 C. quick cooking oats

1 Lg. egg-slightly beaten

1/2 C. oil

6 Oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

6 Oz. butterscotch-flavored pieces

3 C. mini marshmallows

1 C. flaked coconut



Recipe



Oven-350. Prepare a 15½x10½x1" jelly roll pan.Combine cake mix, oats, egg and oil in bowl. Mix with a spoon until dry ingred. are completely moistened. Press mixture firmly and evenly into pan. Bake for 10 min. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over crust, then the butterscotch pieces, marshmallows and coconut. Bake 15 min. more or until coconut & marshmallows just begin to brown. Cool on rack; cut into squares.
