    1 pkg. Swiss Chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 cup milk

    Beat these ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes on high. Next, add

    1 cup mixed nuts, chopped fine
    1 cup bitter-sweet chocolate morsels

    Pour into a greased and floured cake pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or till the top springs back. Cool and frost.

    1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
    2 sticks unsalted butter
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 pkg. chocolate-fudge instant pudding
    t Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. whipping cream, save remaining pint

    Cream together all ingredients, then remove 1 cup and set aside for the inside frosting.

    Beat the rest of whipped cream till stiff, then add the 1 cup of frosting. Mix together until well blended. Use this to coat the middle layers of the cake. Then frost the outside with the rest of frosting. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.


    Note:
    Use your best judgement in frosting the cake as the directions do not indicate you are making a "layer" cake, or that if using a bundt pan, you will be slicing the cake to make layers.
