Broccoli and Ham Scalloped Potatoes

2 cups chopped ham
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of broccoli soup
1 soup can milk
1 med. diced onion
10-12 potatoes, peeled and thin sliced
black pepper to taste
1 cup French’s French Fried OnionsRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large sauce pan or dutch oven heat the first 5 ingredients to a boil stirring frequently, remove from heat.
Place a layer of potatoes in a Pam sprayed 9x13 baking pan and cover with a layer of the ham and broccoli and soup mixture and season with pepper.
Keep alternating layers until the pan is full.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 hours or until the potatoes are tender all the way through the dish. Remove the foil and sprinkle the fried onions on top and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.
Serves 6-8.
