    Chicken and Rice Casserole**

    Double recipe. Use 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and put soups on top of rice and then put chicken breasts on rice. Then use 1 to 2 more cans of cream of mushroom and put on top of chicken breasts. Make sure you use a big enough pan to hold this all!

    List of Ingredients




    4 large chicken breasts
    1 cup uncooked rice
    10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    20 oz. chicken broth

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F.
    Pour rice oven bottom on casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Place chicken on top.
    Lightly sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
    Pour soup and broth over all.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
