    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. hamburger
    1/2 large onion
    1 lb. velveeta
    corn or flour tortillas, torn into 1/4
    1 lg. can chopped green chilies
    2 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tall can evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Brown meat and onion. Add green chilies and salt & pepper to taste. Add about 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 2 Tbs. cumin. Melt and blend cheese, milk and soup. Layer tortillas, meat, cheese, repeat layers. Bake at 350 until bubbly (15 - 20 minutes).
