    1 10-oz. package large elbow macaroni
    3/4 lb. processed cheese product (i.e. Kraft, Velveeta)
    1 cup milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Powder
    1 teaspoon sodium-free chicken bouillon powder
    1 tablespoon dried, chopped chives
    1 1/2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash original seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups diced, cooked chicken (ready-roast from the supermarket works well)
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup shredded cheese

    Cook elbow macaroni as directed on package (should net 4 cooked cups). Drain well and return to saucepan. In separate large saucepan melt over low heat the cheese product, milk and butter. Then add remaining ingredients (chicken bouillon powder, chives, pepper, Mrs. Dash seasoning and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing dry powder mix). Mix well, stirring constantly. Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture, mixing well. Fold in two cups cooked chicken. Spray 8-inch casserole dish lightly with non-stick cooking spray and spoon in mixture. Top with bread crumbs and shredded cheese and lightly pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    Serves 6-8
