Pork Chop & Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 1/2 inch thick pork chops
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 med size onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes

Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*. Brown chops on both sides in 10 inch skillet. Pour off drippings. Mix next 6 ingredients; pour half in 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange potatoes in pan; top with pork chops. Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake and additional 15 minutes.
