1 (8 ounce) package shell macaroni
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 can corn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Recipe
Cook macaroni; drain. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, pepper and celery; drain.
Stir in soup, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder; mix well. Stir macaroni into beef mixture, add corn and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Put into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
