Toll House No-bake Chocolate Cheesecake

1 pkg (18 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
2 pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 packet (1 ounce each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Choco Bake Unsweetened
2 contnr (8 ounces each) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup (3 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, melted(optional)
Recipe
1 PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
2 Grease 9-inch springform pan.
3 PLACE cookie dough scored side down on bottom of springform pan.
4 BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
5 Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
6 COMBINE cream cheese, sugar and Choco Bake in large mixer bowl until well blended.
7 Add whipped topping; stir until just blended.
8 Spoon over cookie crust; smooth top.
9 Drizzle with melted chocolate.
10 Cover; refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
11 Remove side of pan.
