~*Chrispy's Hot Seafood Chili*~

List of Ingredients
8 oz (4 ozs Shrimp & 4 oz's of Scallops)
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper Med Diced
3-4 cloves garlic
1 Red Pepper Med Diced
2 cans diced no salt added tomatoes
2 cans no salt added tomato paste
2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
3 jalapeno peppers chopped w/ seeded ( for not so hot use 1 Pepper)
1 1/2 TBS chili powder
1 1/2 TBS ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Fresh Parsley sprigs...I garnish with this.
Recipe
Spray pan with Pam and Brown Shrimp & Scallops with onion, Red & green pepper, together, drain, add all other ingredients. Season to taste.
You can Place the chili over a Baked Potato for a Carb!
