Asian Chicken and Vegetable Packets

4 sheets 12 by 18-inches heavy aluminum foil
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 1 1/4-pound chicken breast, skinless, cut in 1/2-inch strips
16-ounce package frozen stir-fry veggies (or cook fresh ones)
Recipe
1. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Add chicken and vegetables; toss until evenly to coat.
2. Place ¼ of mixture on each sheet of foil. Double fold top and ends to seal packets, leaving room for circulation. Grill 12 to 15 minutes in covered grill (hot oven 15 mins).
