Lemon Cream Cheese Spritz Cookies

List of Ingredients




1 cup softened butter (2 sticks)
3 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 Tbl. grated lemon rind
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt


Recipe



Heat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter, cheese and sugar; add egg yolk and flavorings and beat until light.

Add flour and salt; mix well. Place desired design in cookie press and fill.

Place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate as desired. Bake for about 15 min.

YIELD: 5 Dozen
