    2 to 3 lb. boneless pork roast, cubed
    12 oz bottle of barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    sandwich rolls

    Recipe



    Place meat in slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce and honey over. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Use a slotted spoon to remove meat from sauce. Use 2 forks to shred meat, then return back to sauce. Serve on sandwich rolls with corn on the cob and potato salad.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
