Chicken in Wine Sauce

List of Ingredients
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. butter or margarine
salt and pepper
1 c. chopped green onions
4-oz. can mushroom slices or pieces, undrained
3 T worcestershire sauce
4 T lemon juice
2 T chopped fresh parsley, or 1 T. dried parsley
1 c white wine (or white cooking wine)
Recipe
Salt and pepper the chicken and brown lightly in butter. Place in crockpot and add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4. Serve over hot rice.
