Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff

2 pounds chicken breasts (I used 4)
1 carton fat-free sour cream (16 oz.)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can fat-free Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
Place chicken breast in bottom of crock pot. Mix the other ingredients and place on top of chicken. I actually added a little water to the mixture because it was so thick. Cook on low for 5 hours. The recipe said to use frozen chicken and cook for 6 hours but mine weren't frozen and 5 hours worked out well.
