List of Ingredients




5 pounds rump roast, trimmed
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
21 ounces beef broth
12 ounces beer
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 kaiser rolls

Recipe



Place beef roast in crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

Slice or shred beef. Serve on buns. Skim fat from juice. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping.
