No Peek Beef Stew with Rice

List of Ingredients
2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1" pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 env. Lipton's beefy onion soup mix
1/2 c. beef broth
2 c. prepared rice (using beef broth as the liquid)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
Serve over rice. Accompany with cooked carrots.
Left overs can be made into a "stoup" for another meal.
