2 (16-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli or cauliflower
2 (10 + 3/4-ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1 pint half-and-half
1 (8-ounce) jar soft processed cheese
Milk (optional, for thinning)Recipe
Place all ingredients except milk in a slow cooker; cover and cook for 6 hours on low setting. If soup is too thick, add milk.
Note: Leftovers can be frozen.
