Italian Baked Chicken and Rice*

4 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
One bottle of italian dressing (prefferably with parmesan in it)
Minute Rice or whatever is in the pantryRecipe
Marinate the chicken breasts with the entire bottle of italian dressing, in a casserole dish over night. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place casserole dish with marinade and chicken breasts into the oven for 45 minutes. Toward the last 20 to 30 minutes of the cooking time for the chicken,make the rice. Serve rice with chicken and dressing spooned on top.
