1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup lemon juice
Yellow food coloring, optional
Whipped topping or whipped cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan. In small mixer bowl, beat egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped topping. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
