List of Ingredients




12 Bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 14 ounce can condensed milk
4 egg white
1/2 cup sugar


Recipe



Place bananas in a butter baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven, 3-5 minutes until the bananas are softened. Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the condensed milk and beat until smooth. Spread the mixture over the bananas. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon the meringue over the banana mixture and bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes until the meringue is lightly browned. Serve from the baking dish. Serves 6
