Sugar-Free Key Lime Pudding

1 cup 1% milk
1 8-oz container light key lime yogurt
1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tbsp lime juice
OPTIONAL: 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped and toasted
light whipped cream
Recipe
1. Blend milk and yogurt together in small bowl. Add pudding, lime juice, and walnuts, if using. Mix well. Place in refrigerator to thicken until ready to serve. Add Cool Whip to serve.
2. Variation: This may also be made with light peach or strawberry yogurt, which contain only 10 grams sugar and 16 grams total carbohydrates.
