Three Step Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie

List of Ingredients
4 Squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Nuts, Chopped
2 1/2 Cups Cold Milk
1 Large or 2 Small Instant Pudding Mix (I use Cappuccino)

Brownie Bottom: Microwave chocolate and butter on high 2 minutes; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend in flour, then nuts. Spread batter in a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do Not Overbake. Cool.Pudding Middle: Pour milk into a large bowl, add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over cooled brownie pie. Let stand in refrigerator 10 minutes or until firm. Before serving spread pie with cool whip and garnish with grated chocolate, mini chocolate chips, or chocolate curls. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
