2 oz. butter
5 oz. soft brown sugar
5 oz. golden syrup
Recipe
Boil (gently) the above together for 5 mins.
Then add 6 fl. oz. of evaporated milk. Stir well and bring back to boil. Cool and store. Can be used cold or to warm, microwave just a little.
