Artichoke Crab Dip

2 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese (10 oz)
1 C Mayonnaise
1 can (7 oz) crabmeat, drained
1 C (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 t hot-pepper sauce
chopped parsley for garnish...opt
Recipe
Heat oven to 350
In bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, artichokes and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4-cup baking dish (9" tart pan or 9" pie plate works well).
Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crackers.
