    List of Ingredients




    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsley chopped
    8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
    4 scallions, finely chopped
    4 oz crab meat, picked over
    1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    hot sauce to taste
    crackers, thinly sliced bread, raw veggies

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients except the crackers and place in a lightly greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 1-1 1/2 hours, until the cheese is melted. Stir well and serve with crackers or bread. Serves 6-8
