Butterfly Dip

1 hard-cooked egg
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped parsley Recipe
Separate the yolk from white of the egg. In a small bowl, mash yolk; set aside. In blender, combine egg white, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, mayonnaise, and parsley. Process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle egg yolk over the top. Serve with crackers.
