Recipe Introduction


Given is the original recipe, however I tend to think I would enjoy a good quality cocktail sauce in place of the ketchup.


List of Ingredients




1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/2-3/4 c. ketchup maybe more (add ketchup until salmon colored)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. fresh shrimp & 1 cracked crab
Or 2 cans canned either meat

Recipe



Cream together Philadelphia cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and blend. Fold in seafood. Place in an appropriate serving container. Cover, chill for 2 or more hours.
