GARLIC RICOTTA DIP
List of Ingredients
1 bulb garlic (about 12 cloves)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 green onion, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Wrap whole garlic bulb in aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove and cool. Remove outer skin and separate into cloves. Press each clove from the bottom to pop the garlic from its skin.
In a blender or food processor mix garlic, ricotta cheese, pepper and lemon juice; purée. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in green onions. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
