1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 egg
2 tablespoons water

Cut loaf into 8 pieces. Cut each piece into thirds. Shape Bunny Rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Shape one-third piece into a ball for the body of the Easter Bunny and one-third piece into a ball for the head. Cut the remaining piece into thirds, use two pieces to shape ears and one piece for the tail. Follow these steps until all eight rolls are made. Brush rolls with egg wash (egg beaten with water) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise in a warm place until tripled in size. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Rolls can be baked ahead of time and reheated to serve.
