    12 eggs
    1/2 cup blue cheese -- crumbled
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon parsley -- minced
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    2 pieces celery -- finely diced

    Recipe



    Hard cook eggs. Cool, shell and cut in half.

    Mash yellows and mix well with all other ingredients except the diced
    celery.

    Spoon yellow mixture back into shells.

    Garnish with diced celery.
